Plattsmouth

Plattsmouth is where our shop is, which means the shortest drive and the fastest scheduling we offer anywhere. If you are in town and you have an active leak, we can usually be on the roof the same day.

The older housing stock along the bluff and near downtown comes with its own list: plank decking instead of sheet sheathing, two and sometimes three layers of shingles, and gutters spiked into fascia that gave up years ago. We plan for all of it in the estimate instead of discovering it as a change order on day two.

Being local also means we know what the river valley wind does to a south-facing slope, and we detail the ridge and the rakes accordingly.
