Omaha

Omaha is our largest service area and the one with the widest range of roofs. Midtown and Dundee are full of steep, cut-up roofs with dormers and old chimney flashing that has been caulked instead of counterflashed. West of 120th, the roofs are simpler but the wind exposure is worse, and the ridge vents take a beating every spring.

Most Omaha calls we get after a storm are about the same three things: shingles lifted along the ridge, granules in the gutters, and a stain on a bedroom ceiling. We inspect all three at once, photograph what we find, and tell you whether it is one repair or a claim worth filing.

Whether it is a full tear-off in Millard, siding repair in Benson, or new gutters in Aksarben, the process is the same: written scope before we start, our own crew on the roof, and magnets over the property before we leave.
