Council Bluffs

Council Bluffs is a short run across the river for us, and we work it as regularly as the Nebraska side. The hills west of Bayliss Park mean a lot of steep, hard-access roofs, and we bring the staging to do them safely rather than talking you into a cheaper shortcut.

Older Bluffs homes often have narrow soffits and undersized intake ventilation, which shows up as ice damming along the eaves every January. When we re-roof, we correct the intake and the exhaust together, because a ridge vent with nowhere to draw from does nothing.

Iowa hail claims follow their own rhythm, and we document damage the way adjusters here expect it: dated photos, marked test squares, and a written scope you can hold up next to theirs.
